• 90/10 Split for Brokers - up to $8000 company dollar
• 95/5 Split for Brokers - up to $12,000 company dollar
• No Monthly Fees
• $150 Transaction Fee
• Agent is responsible for MLS fees quarterly in addition to above fees

Option Three:

• Provisional Broker:
• 80%/20% Split - Up to $8000 company dollar
• 85%/15% Split - Up to $12,000 company dollar
• No Monthly Fees
• $150 Transaction Fee
• Agent is responsible for MLS fees quarterly in addition to above fees
